Terms of Use
By downloading or using Zinumi you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Who we are
Zinumi (the "App") is provided by Max Martinez, Carrera 55 # 100-51, Piso 13, Barranquilla, Colombia ("we", "us"). Contact: support@zinumi.com. Effective date: October 3, 2026.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old [16 in the EEA], and old enough to make purchases in your country or have a parent's permission.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store Terms. You may not copy, modify, resell, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App, its character, artwork, animations, scenes, or sounds. All of these remain our property or our licensors'.
Your data
Your sleep data stays on your device. Our Privacy Policy explains what the App uses and why.
Purchases, trial and subscriptions
The App requires a purchase to use. Two options are offered:

- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase. For the Yearly plan with a trial, you are charged when the 7-day trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
- The Yearly subscription renews automatically for another year at the then-current price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged within 24 hours before renewal.
- Manage or cancel in iOS Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the paid period ends.
- Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription or lifetime access.
- Prices may vary by country and may change. We will give notice of a price increase as Apple requires.
- Use Restore Purchase in the App to restore access on a new device with the same Apple ID.
Refunds
Apple handles all payments and refunds. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly.
Not medical advice
Zinumi is a wellness and habit app, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Sleep goals and bedtimes are general suggestions. If you have a sleep disorder, insomnia, or other health concern, talk to a doctor.
App blocking
App blocking uses Apple's Screen Time features and depends on iOS. We do not guarantee that every app will be blocked at all times. Do not rely on the App to block anything you need for safety, and you can always unblock apps from the App or iOS Settings. Alarms and reminders are local notifications that iOS may delay or silence (for example in Focus or Low Power mode); do not rely on Zinumi as your only alarm.
Acceptable use
Do not use the App unlawfully, try to bypass purchase checks, or interfere with its operation.
Disclaimers and liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you, and nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
Termination
You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may suspend access if you breach these Terms.
Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version and change the effective date; continued use means you accept the changes.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Colombia, and disputes go to the courts of Barranquilla, Colombia, unless your local consumer law says otherwise.
Apple terms
These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is not responsible for any product claims. If the App fails to conform to a warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price, and Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. You confirm you are not in a US-embargoed country or on a US prohibited-party list. Where these Terms conflict with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, these Terms apply only to the extent allowed.
